User Agreement

This document, the "User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), is an offer by Sole Proprietor Tussina Anastasiya Andreevna, posted on the website dopeclvb.world (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), to enter into an agreement under the conditions described below in the Agreement.

1. General Provisions
1.1. By registering on the Website and for the duration of your use of the Website, as well as the personalized services provided by the Website, you acknowledge that you are a User of the Website until you personally request the Website administration to terminate any relationship with the Website.
1.2. Your use of the Website in any form or manner within the declared functionality, including:
a) Viewing materials posted on the Website;
b) Registering and/or logging in on the Website, including using the Sber ID service (a function of PJSC "Sberbank of Russia" for transmitting user personal data for the purpose of user authentication and autofill on the Website);
c) Posting or displaying any materials on the Website, including but not limited to: texts, hyperlinks, images, audio and video files, information, and/or other content;
creates an agreement under the conditions of this Agreement according to Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.3. By using any of the above opportunities to use the Website, you confirm that:
a) You have fully read the terms of this Agreement before using the Website;
b) You accept all the terms of this Agreement fully without any exclusions or limitations, and agree to abide by them or stop using the Website. If you disagree with the terms of this Agreement or are not entitled to enter into an agreement based on them, you should immediately cease any use of the Website;
c) The Agreement (or any part of it) may be amended by the Website without specific notice. The new version of the Agreement takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Website or notified to the User in another convenient form unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

2. General Conditions for Using the Website
2.1. The Website sells goods and/or services via the web resource dopeclvb.world and associated service systems of the Website.
2.2. The Website arranges the delivery of goods in ways specified in Section 5 of this Agreement.
2.3. The Website provides access to personalized services for obtaining comprehensive information on the product of interest, creating ratings and opinions, participating in contests, and other promotions held by the Website.
2.4. You hereby give your voluntary consent to be informed about all Website actions related to the sale of goods and/or services, including order status updates and other events of any kind related to the Website's services.
2.5. Consent to receiving newsletters:
By subscribing to SMS and email newsletters from dopeclvb.world or third parties authorized to send on behalf of dopeclvb.world, I agree to receive informational messages on the phone number and/or email address provided when subscribing to the newsletter on the website dopeclvb.world.
I am informed that to unsubscribe from the dopeclvb.world newsletter, I must independently follow the "Unsubscribe" link provided in the email messages sent by the Website from the store@dopeclvb.world email address or inform about my disagreement to receive informational messages via the contact details listed in the "Contacts" section of this Agreement.
I also grant permission to the Website or third parties authorized to send on behalf of the Website to collect, store, and process all personal data I provide (including name, surname, and email address) for the purpose of informing me about Website news and other events.
2.6. You agree that the Website is not responsible for delays, malfunctions, incorrect or untimely delivery, deletion, or failure to store any notifications. The Website reserves the right to resend any notification in case of its non-receipt by you.

2.8. You acknowledge that the accompanying product description on the Website does not claim to be exhaustive and may contain inaccuracies. You are entitled to report any inaccuracies in product descriptions to the Website at store@dopeclvb.world.
2.9. You acknowledge that the Website makes sufficient efforts to ensure that the appearance, packaging, and characteristics of goods match the descriptions provided in the Website's catalog. However, the Website informs you that the actual appearance, packaging, and characteristics of the product may differ from these descriptions in the case of assortment goods, as well as if changes are made to the product directly by the manufacturer.
2.10. You are informed that the price and availability of goods on the Website are updated round the clock without prior notice and are indicated in the individual product status and detailed product page displayed in the Website's catalog.

3. User Obligations When Using the Website
3.1. You agree not to use the Website’s services for the purpose of:
3.1.1. Uploading content that is illegal, violates any third-party rights, promotes violence, cruelty, hatred, and/or discrimination based on race, nationality, gender, religion, or social status; contains false information and/or insults directed at specific individuals, organizations, or authorities;
3.1.2. Encouraging unlawful actions or assisting individuals whose actions are aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions in force in the territory of the Russian Federation;
3.1.3. Violating the rights of minors and/or causing harm to them in any form;
3.1.4. Infringing on minority rights;
3.1.5. Impersonating another person or a representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights, including impersonating Website employees;
3.1.6. Misleading others about the properties and characteristics of any goods from the Website catalog; incorrect comparison of goods, and forming negative attitudes toward individuals (non-)using specific products, or criticizing such individuals;
3.1.7. Uploading content you do not have the right to make available by law or contract;
3.1.8. Uploading content that infringes and/or contains any patent, trademark, trade secret, firm name, copyright, or other intellectual property rights legally used by third parties;
3.1.9. Uploading unauthorized advertisements and/or spam;
3.1.10. Collecting and processing personal data or private information about any individuals;
3.1.11. Disrupting the normal operation of the Website;
3.1.12. Violating Russian or international legal standards.
3.2. You agree not to use offensive language, inappropriate comparisons, or expressions related to gender, race, nationality, profession, social category, age, language, organizations, government bodies, official state symbols (flags, coats of arms, anthems), religious symbols, or objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) on the Website.
3.3. You acknowledge and agree that the Website has the right (but not the obligation) at its discretion to refuse to post and/or remove any content made available through the Website's services.

4. Privacy Policy
4.1. The terms of the Privacy Policy and the relationship between you and the Website regarding the processing of personal data are governed by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data."
4.2. The Privacy Policy applies to the personal data the Website has received or may receive from you during registration, including the use of the Sber ID service (a function of PJSC "Sberbank of Russia" for transmitting user personal data for the purpose of user authentication and autofill on the Website) and/or placing an order on the Website, which is necessary for the Website to fulfill its obligations regarding the goods/services purchased by you and/or your access to the Website’s services.

5. Terms of Purchase and Delivery of Goods
5.1. You can purchase goods on the Website by paying for them using the following methods: CLOUD PAYMENT.
5.2. You agree that the selected payment method cannot be changed once the order has been placed on the Website.
5.3. You agree that the order confirmation, paid through CLOUD PAYMENT, occurs only after confirmation of the funds debited for payment.
5.4. You confirm that payment for the order through "Available Payment Methods for Russia" must be made within 5 calendar days from the time of order placement. You agree that if the order is not paid within this period, the order may be canceled.
5.5. The Website provides delivery using the following methods: Russian Post, CDEK. You may choose any convenient delivery method depending on the conditions for your region/country or based on your preferences.
5.6. You agree that if you are unable to receive the goods due to your fault, including a violation of the time frame in which you are obliged to pick up the goods, this will be considered by the Website as your refusal to receive the goods. In this case, the goods will be returned to the Website, and the order will be considered canceled.
5.7. In the event of your refusal to accept the goods, or in the event that the ordered goods are unavailable, the prepayment made to the Website for the goods, excluding the cost of delivery, will be refunded to you no later than 10 calendar days.
5.8. All questions related to delivery terms and conditions can be addressed to the Website at store@dopeclvb.world.

6. Liability
6.1. The services of the Website may contain links to other resources. You acknowledge and agree that the Website is not responsible for the availability of these resources or their content, as well as for any consequences related to your use of the content of these resources.
6.2. You also agree that the Website is not responsible for your personal data provided to third-party resources and/or third parties when you navigate to them from the Website.
6.3. You confirm that the Website is not responsible for possible data loss and/or damage that may occur due to your violation of the provisions of this Agreement, as well as improper access to and/or use of the Website’s personalized services.
6.4. Responsibility for the actions of minors, including their purchase of goods from the Website catalog, lies with the legal representatives of the minors.
6.5. You agree that the Website is not responsible for non-performance and/or improper performance of its obligations related to the sale and/or delivery of goods if you provide inaccurate and/or invalid information about yourself or fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
