Public Offer
This document is a public offer (proposal) by the DOPECLVBWORLD online store for the sale of goods.
1. General Provisions

This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official proposal by Sole Proprietor Tussina Anastasiya Andreevna addressed to any individual to enter into a retail sales agreement with Sole Proprietor Tussina Anastasiya Andreevna through the Website remotely on the terms set forth in this Agreement, which includes all essential conditions of the Offer.
1.2. The order of goods by the Buyer placed on the Website means that the Buyer agrees with all terms of this Offer, the Privacy Policy, and the User Agreement.

1.4. The term of the Offer is not limited unless otherwise specified on the Website.
1.5. The Website provides the Buyer with full and accurate information about the goods/services, including information about the main consumer properties of the goods, the place of manufacture, as well as information on the warranty period and shelf life of the goods on the Website's product page.
2. Subject of the Offer
2.1. Sole Proprietor Tussina Anastasiya Andreevna undertakes to transfer the goods to the Buyer intended for personal, family, household, or other use not related to business activities, based on the Orders placed, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods under the terms of this Offer.
2.2. The name, price, quantity of goods, and other necessary conditions of the Offer are determined based on the information provided by the Buyer when placing an order.
2.3. Ownership of the ordered goods passes to the Buyer at the moment of actual transfer of the goods to the Buyer and full payment of the goods by the Buyer. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of the actual transfer of the goods to the Buyer.
3. Price of Goods/Services
3.1. Prices for goods are determined by the Seller unilaterally and displayed on the pages of the online store located at the internet address dopeclvb.world.
3.2. The price of the goods is indicated in Russian rubles and includes value-added tax (VAT).
3.3. The final price of the goods is determined by applying discounts in the following order:
- Promotional discount
- Discount with promo code
- Discount for regular customers
3.4. Payments between the Website and the Buyer for goods are made by the methods indicated on the Website in the "Cloud payments" section
4. Moment of Conclusion of the Offer
4.1. The acceptance of this Offer (contract) is the placement of an order for goods on the website dopeclvb.world by the Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Offer.
4.2. By accepting this Offer, the Buyer agrees that:
- The registration data (including personal data and data provided using the Sber ID service (a function of PJSC "Sberbank of Russia" for transmitting user personal data for the purpose of user authentication and autofill on the Website)) are provided voluntarily;
- The registration data (including personal data and data provided using the Sber ID service) are transmitted electronically via internet communication channels;
- The registration data (including personal data and data provided using the Sber ID service) are transferred to the Website for the purposes specified in this Offer, the Privacy Policy, and the User Agreement and may be transferred to third parties to achieve the purposes specified in this Offer;
- The registration data (including personal data and data provided using the Sber ID service) may be used by the Website for the promotion of goods and services by direct contact with the Buyer through communication channels;
- To provide additional protection against fraudulent activities, the registration data provided by the Buyer (including personal data and data provided using the Sber ID service) may be transferred to the bank processing transactions for the payment of the placed orders;
- The consent provided by the Buyer to process their registration data (including personal data and data provided using the Sber ID service) is indefinite and may be revoked by the Buyer or their legal representative by submitting a written request to the Website.
5. Return of Goods and Refunds
5.1. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" of the Russian Federation.
5.2. Refunds are processed by returning the paid amount for the goods to the bank card or via postal transfer.
6. Delivery of Goods
6.1. The delivery of goods to the Buyer is carried out within the time agreed upon by the Parties when confirming the order with a Website representative.
6.2. For courier delivery, the Buyer signs the delivery receipt next to the items they have received. This signature confirms that the Buyer has no claims regarding the completeness, quantity, or appearance of the goods.
6.3. After receiving the goods, no claims will be accepted regarding the quantity, completeness, or appearance of the goods.
7. Offer Validity Period
7.1. This Offer comes into effect from the moment the Buyer accepts it and is valid until the Buyer revokes the acceptance of the public Offer.
8. Additional Conditions
8.1. The Website has the right to assign or otherwise transfer its rights and obligations arising from its relationship with the Buyer to third parties.
8.2. The Website and the services provided may be temporarily partially or completely unavailable due to preventive or other types of work, or for any other technical reasons. The Website's technical support has the right to periodically carry out necessary preventive or other work with or without notifying the Buyers.
8.3. Relations between the Buyer and the Website are governed by the provisions of Russian law.
8.4. In case of any questions or complaints from the Buyer, they should contact the Website via phone or other available methods. All disputes will be attempted to be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a court for resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.5. The recognition by a court of any provision of this Agreement as invalid does not entail the invalidity of other provisions.
