Returns and Exchanges

We strive to make your shopping experience joyful, and if you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help you with a return.

If you have doubts or simply do not like the product, you can request a return. You have 7 days from the moment of receiving your order to make a decision. Unfortunately, after this period, we will no longer be able to offer a return or exchange.

The return process is simple: send us an email at store@dopeclvb.world, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We accept returns only for new, unworn, and unused items. Please keep the original packaging and all accompanying accessories. The tags must remain attached until you decide to keep the item.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the return process may take up to 10 business days after the item is delivered to our warehouse.
